Students at all three Independence schools in Ohio have been welcomed back with special events and new curriculum this school year. At Independence High School, incoming freshmen were greeted with the Freshman Festival, organized by student leaders. Seniors enjoyed the traditional Senior Sunrise event, marking the beginning of their final year in high school.
Independence Middle School welcomed new fifth graders with the Where Everyone Belongs program, aimed at integrating them seamlessly into the school community.
