Lady Gaga is gearing up to release not one, but two albums in the coming months, much to the delight of her fans, the ‘Little Monsters’. In addition to preparing for the release of her seventh studio album, Gaga has surprised fans with a soundtrack album titled ‘Harlequin’, which serves as a companion to the upcoming film Joker: Folie À Deux.
‘Harlequin’ features 13 newly recorded versions of classic songs, including ‘That’s Entertainment’, and will be released on September 27, a week before the film hits theaters on October 4. The sequel stars Gaga alongside Joaquin Phoenix, with Gaga portraying a reimagined version of Harley Quinn.
The announcement of ‘Harlequin’ comes as Gaga is gearing up to release her seventh studio album, referred to as “LG7”. The first single from the album is set to drop in October, with the full album scheduled for release in February.
Gaga’s last solo studio album was 2020’s ‘Chromatica’, with her most recent project being the collaborative album ‘Love For Sale’ with Tony Bennett in 2021. The release of both ‘Harlequin’ and ‘LG7’ has generated significant anticipation among fans and critics alike, as Gaga continues to push the boundaries of her musical and artistic endeavors.
