A man in Painesville Township, Ohio is in custody after a SWAT standoff that began when he allegedly shot his wife in the leg. Lt. Larry Harpster of the Lake County Sheriff’s Office reported that Jeffry Wyman, 63, is being held on a charge of felonious assault following the incident on West Jackson Street. Deputies responded to reports of shots fired and found the victim, a 56-year-old woman, with a gunshot wound.
