Press Release: Disturbance Leads to Employee’s Arrest at Richmond Heights BBQ Restaurant

RICHMOND HEIGHTS, Ohio – On November 17, officers were dispatched to Goodfella’s BBQ on Wilson Mills Road in response to a report of a disruptive employee. Upon arrival, authorities learned that a 25-year-old female server, who appeared to have been drinking throughout her shift, was struggling to manage her responsibilities, including forgetting customer orders.

According to reports, the situation escalated when a manager confronted the employee about her behavior. The server became increasingly agitated, resulting in her throwing objects within the restaurant. Witnesses stated she hurled a chair and a saltshaker, which shattered upon impact, and she also broke a mirror during the incident.

Following the chaotic episode, the young woman was terminated from her position and subsequently escorted out of the establishment. Officers on the scene charged her with disorderly conduct due to the nature of her actions.

This incident serves as a reminder of the importance of maintaining a professional environment, especially in the food service industry. Goodfella’s BBQ has not released an official statement regarding the altercation, but the local community has noted the significance of handling workplace issues with care and responsibility.
