Ohio State football secures commitment from highly-rated 2026 tight end

Four-star tight end Corbyn Fordham has committed to Ohio State football on Thanksgiving Day, becoming the Buckeyes’ third commit in the 2026 cycle. He is ranked as the No. 323 overall prospect and No. 15 tight end in his class. Fordham, who attends The Bolles School in Jacksonville, Florida, is 6-foot-3 and 215 pounds.

This announcement comes almost two weeks after the commitment of four-star wide receiver Jaeden Ricketts. Fordham is the second consecutive Thanksgiving Day commitment for Ohio State, following Gabe VanSickle’s commitment last year.

With Fordham’s pledge, Ohio State now has three commitments in the 2026 class, all on the offensive side of the ball. Five-star receiver Chris Henry Jr. is the top recruit in the Buckeyes’ class.

Fans and analysts can stay updated on Fordham’s commitment and the 2026 class on Cleveland.com. The Buckeyes’ 2026 class currently stands at three players.

Ohio State continues to build a strong recruiting class with the addition of Corbyn Fordham, a talented tight end ready to contribute to the Buckeyes’ offensive lineup.
