The release of the All-Ohio teams for Divisions VI and VII showcased several local players who were selected for recognition. Catholic Central senior Peyton Rauch was named to the first team in Division VII, having contributed significantly to his team’s success with impressive stats including 75 tackles, 20 sacks, and a forced fumble. Other Crusaders players such as Jimmy Hernon, Noah Hough, and Tommy Pergi were also recognized on the second and third teams, with Camden Bradley and Timmy Mihalyo receiving honorable mentions. In Division VI, Toronto quarterback Zeb Kinsey and tight end Mason Marchbank made it to the second team, with Aiden Filby, Russ Dickinson, and Brody Winters receiving honorable mentions.
The All-Ohio teams are chosen by a committee of members from the Ohio Prep Sports Media Association based on nominations from the seven districts of the OPSMA. The releases will continue with Divisions IV and V today, followed by Divisions II and III on Wednesday, and Division I on Thursday. The recognition of these local players highlights not only their individual achievements but also their contributions to their respective teams’ success during the season.
