University Heights is undergoing a transformation with the redevelopment of University Square into the new mixed-use Bell Tower Center. Mayor Michael Dylan Brennan recently announced that two new tenants, Qdoba Mexican Eats and Smoothie King, have signed on to be a part of the revitalized shopping center.
Qdoba Mexican Eats will be located in the outparcel plaza facing Warrensville Center Road, offering a menu of burritos, tacos, quesadillas, and more. Smoothie King will be located at the opposite end of the plaza, offering a variety of smoothies and nutritional supplements.
The redevelopment plans also include improvements to the University Square garage, with the goal of making it smaller and brighter to create a more welcoming environment. LED lighting is already being installed in the garage and at the poles.
Additionally, the former Tops Grocery store space will be transformed into an Urban Air Adventure Zone, featuring trampolines, a warrior course, rock wall climbing, and children’s birthday party options.
Overall, the vision for Bell Tower Center includes not only retail space but also 209 luxury apartments. With these exciting new developments, University Heights residents and visitors can look forward to a vibrant and thriving community at Bell Tower Center.
