FBI Cincinnati Special Agent in Charge Elena Iatarola stated that the alleged $60 million racketeering conspiracy defrauded Ohioans and that the FBI is committed to combating political corruption and corporate fraud to protect taxpayers and hold white-collar criminals accountable.
Jones and Dowling appeared in court in Cincinnati to face the charges.
