Russell Township police recently assisted Solon police in a case involving a silver sedan suspected in a felonious assault. While the vehicle was not found initially, two subjects were later apprehended on the property and taken into custody. In another incident, police responded to reports of a suspicious person on Fairmount Road, but details were limited. Additionally, an officer checked on a slow-moving vehicle with flashing lights, only to discover that the driver was delivering packages for Amazon and was nervous due to the dark streets.
